These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the website genetechvet.com and to the communications of Genetech Animal Reproduction (“Genetech”, “we”, “us”) with its clients in the United States. By using this website or our messaging services you agree to these Terms. Service agreements, fees and forms for each location are published on the Fees and Forms pages and prevail over these Terms where they differ.

Use of the website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date. You may not use this website in any way that is unlawful or that could damage, disable or impair it.

Services

Laboratory and reproduction services are provided under the service agreement, consent and intake forms signed for each case. Results and timelines depend on biological factors and are not guaranteed. Please read our Disclaimer.

SMS / text messaging terms

  • Program description: Genetech sends text messages to clients about their laboratory cases and services (for example: sample received, results ready, documents needed, scheduling) and replies to questions sent to us by text. We do not send promotional or advertising messages.
  • Consent: You consent to receive these messages by providing your mobile number on our intake or service forms, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency: varies according to the activity on your cases.
  • Costs: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to subscribe again.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, call +1 (405) 926-8790 or e-mail genetechus@gmail.com.
  • Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent through our telecommunications provider; delivery depends on your carrier and device.
  • Privacy: the handling of your mobile number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
